Module #1: Anatomy’s Basic Terms
In this module you will learn the basic terms that will aid you in your understanding of the body, your ability to locate structures, and apply the techniques laid out in later modules. The terms include the planes of movement, directions, positions, and movements of the body.
Module #2: Muscular System
This module will address the basic structure of the muscles themselves. Learning its parts and how they work together will help you to better identify when disfunction arises and how best to approach it.
Module #3: Muscles of the Torso
This module points out the major muscles of the torso that cause the greatest challenges for most clients. Understanding them individually and in their collective groups will lend to more precise application of the techniques.
Module #4: Muscles of the Extremities
This module addresses the muscles of the arms and legs. Knowing their groupings and their relationship with each other offers insight into addressing issues in these regions with the techniques of this course.
Module #5: Nervous System
This module lays a basic foundation of the Nervous System, its parts, and the role it plays in wellness of the entire body. With an emphasis on the Peripheral Nervous System’s role of maintaining homeostasis, you’ll learn how effective these techniques can be and why.

In this module you will learn the vital importance of the Lymphatic System, how it functions, and how you can aid in its ability to improve the Immune System with the Lymphatic Drainage technique.

This module introduces you to the tools you will be using in The Alexander Method® techniques. You will learn about the Perfect Fifth and how it relates to the health of the body’s Autonomic Nervous System, as well as Nitric Oxide and its vital role as pain reliever, immune booster, and vasodilator.

You will learn the basics of this ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine system and how to super charge its use with the 128Hz OTTO tuning fork to address a multitude of issues for yourself and others.

This module takes a look at a few of the more popular Extra Points that can really benefit clients. It also reviews the Eight Extraordinary Vessels and their role in addressing imbalances within the body. The Six Channel Theory is briefly discussed as an additional approach to wellness within the Meridians.
Module #4: Scientific Proof of Meridians
This module discusses the science behind this ancient approach to wellness. It references studies that have shown the meridian system to exist and the real-life effects it has on our health.

This module introduces you to the tools you will be using in The Alexander Method® techniques.
